The judge’s verdict re-ignites the debate on the U.S. judiciary

Federal Judge Katherine Kimball Michel has challenged the government’s ruling that masks must be used on public transportation (such as airports and airports, buses and highways, trains, subways and their stations). Other lawsuits have been filed against the U.S. Department of Homeland Security CDC and the Traffic Safety Administration over government orders forcing the use of the mask on public transportation.
