The Ford Bronco Sport 2022 It was officially launched by the North American brand this week. And while there were no major visual updates or content, the SUV has always gained a welcome boost in power. Now, the 2.0 turbo has the same engine numbers Ford MaverickWhich represents an increase of 13 hp.
In this way, the power rose to 253 hp (at 5500 rpm), and the torque 38.7 kgf / m (at 3000 rpm). This gain was possible thanks to the new engine calibration, changing the valve timing and the electronic unit of the fuel pump.
In addition to the increased power, the 2022 Bronco Sport now has four new color options: Aurora Red, Batu Brown, Dover Gray and Indianapolis Blue. With these additions, there are now 11 available SUV colors.
In terms of equipment, there was nothing new. The car continues to be offered only in the Wildtrak version, which has nine airbags as main equipment, adaptive cruise control, independent braking aid with pedestrian detection, LED headlights, automatic high beam and audio signed by Bang & Olufsen.
The suggested price was unchanged, reaching R$266,090. However, this value is based on Brasilia and may vary according to the ICMS of each state.
