The National Aeronautics Association (SNA) on Thursday (18) joined a class action suit against Itapemirim Transportes Aéreos in labor court to demand settlement of salary payments, daily meals, food stamps and FGTS deposits.
As for salary and FGTS delays, the lawsuit calls for an urgent exemption so that the court will decide that the company will immediately and fully pay the November 2021 salaries, with due rectification, to all airline-goers, and provide evidence of the payments, in addition to imposing a daily fine.
The lawsuit is also requested that Itapemirim be ordered to pay salaries that may not have been paid by the fifth working day of the month, as well as pay the penalty for salary arrears, according to the current CCT.
The SNA also requires that Itapemirim be instructed to make all overdue FGTS deposits, with due rectification, and that the company be required to pay the deposits due within the statutory term, as well as pay compensation for collective moral damages.
daily and coupon
The class action aims to require the company to promptly pay the full daily food, including pilots in training (since December 2020), and the food voucher, in addition to paying the fine stipulated in the CCT.
Crew displacement
The SNA has instructed all Itapemirim crew members who are experiencing difficulties in commuting to work due to non-payment to contact the Legal Department to report and take necessary action.
