São Paulo – A woman was furious when she found out what happened in “Spider-Man: No Return Home” and sprayed pepper spray on children who told parts of the story. The case took place in a cinema in Shopping Higienópolis, in São Paulo, last Saturday night (18).
The episode was reported by journalist Bruno Faria, on his Twitter page. “I’m at the cinema in Higienópolis shopping center and they fire pepper gas in room #2. It’s scary to see people running and coughing non-stop. Three kids, on two occasions, fired spoilers at the beginning of the movie. I heard something, but I didn’t specify what it was. It was a woman spraying Pepper on them, in the room, and when she realized the nonsense, she ran away with her boyfriend,” he wrote.
Another reporter, Ruth Bina, who was at the scene of the accident, also spoke about the case on the social network. “The confusion started in Room 2 and then spread to whoever was waiting in line for the next sessions,” she said.
Also according to Root, the company that operates the cinema distributed the vouchers to those who could not see the movie after the event.
The Spider-Man movie became Ingresso.com’s biggest pre-sale in Brazil in just 24 hours. In doing so, the feature film “Avengers: The Warning” surpassed 5% of the previous record holder.
