According to Acif President Rodrigo Rossoni, the city of Florianópolis has an Innovation Incentive Program (PII), which offers tax incentives for technological development. For him, this work with Unimed is a goal aimed at achieving positive results for the population of the region with an impact on economic development.
For Unimed Grande Florianópolis CEO, Richard Oliveira, this joint work with Acif is an important step to encourage the participation of entrepreneurs to develop further innovation in the healthcare sector.
Through the Innovation Incentive Program, which was established in the capital of the Supreme Committee after the approval of the Innovation Law, in 2017, companies in the municipality can allocate up to 20% of the service tax and urban property and land tax (IPTU) to fund investment in innovation and technology.
