🚨 777 For the first time, in a process implemented in US justice, it acknowledges that it is in rapid financial decline.
Also, the holding company did not pay $15 million related to the said process.
Background: English fund Leadenhall took legal action and collected $609 million for the 777.
In documents of the action filed by Leadenhall, 777 admits that the funds were not even close to the amount it was collecting on its account.
If 777 doesn’t return the money, or come up with a plan to do so, co-founders Josh Vander and Steve Pascoe, along with some of the company’s former employees, will face criminal charges in North American courts.
