Jono Augusto Liberatoson Gugu Liberato with Rose Miriam, graduated at the age of 22 from Rollins College, a prestigious private college in Florida, USA. He entered university in 2020 and studied business administration with a specialization in communications.
Annual fees at Rollins College accepting foreign students vary from US$26,000 to US$110,000 (R$133,000 to R$562,000 at current rates). According to the Notícias da TV website, The basic monthly fee of the college is 9 thousand dollars (about R$46 thousand). Most students receive some discount for the SAT, a test that functions similarly to university entrance exams in Brazil.
The final value depends on the analysis of each student’s family income: the higher it is, the higher the monthly fee. Therefore, according to the procedures, João Augusto should have stated in his registration that he is one of the heirs of the R$1 billion left by Gugu.
Last week, Rose Miriam shared Jono Augusto’s graduation photos on Instagram along with photos with her sisters Sofia and Marina Liberato. The host’s legacy has been a source of family strife in recent years.
“It is with great joy in our hearts that we celebrate Joa’s graduation this morning (…) Now a door opens so that he can walk in peace, always moving God forward in his heart. Dad is not physically present, but not very spiritually. Happy with this achievement” Rose wrote in the first post. Later, he shared other photos of the moment. Check:
