Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zhelensky accuses Russia of attacking civilians in his country – Ukraine Presidency / AFP

According to Ukrainian officials, Russian troops attacked oil and gas stations in Ukraine. The actions provoked big explosions. In Kharkiv, northeast of the country, the target is the gas pipeline. Already in Vasilkov, the fuel depot was attacked.

On the fourth day of the war, the Russian army, led by Vladimir Putin, continues its offensive against the Ukrainian capital, Kiev. According to President Volodymyr Zelensky, this was the “greatest attack on a European state since World War II,” which lasted from 1939 to 1945.

Meanwhile, the allies of the attacked country are preparing new sanctions on Russia, such as blocking Russian banks from the major global payment system. The move is aimed at curbing Putin’s ability to use the Russian ruble to finance war.
