Rockstar 3 is an updated classic.
The remastered GTA trilogy has not been officially announced, but many unofficial sources are commenting that it is real and on its way, but it may arrive later than expected.
After Kotaku reported that GTA 3, Vice City, and San Andreas will have updated versions for the latest consoles, PCs and mobiles, VGC has confirmed with its sources that it is on its way, but now we have a third source who has added a few very important details.
Tom Henderson, who is notorious for revealing previously accurate information about the Call of Duty series and Battlefield, says the remastered GTA trilogy does not arrive in 2021.
Kotaku says they have been informed of the plan to release the 3 remaster later this year, but Henderson says that only in 2022 will you be able to play the remastered GTA trilogy. This is the only different information I’ve heard from your sources.
With the PS5 and Xbox Series releasing GTA 5 and GTA Online, which will be sold separately, it might make sense for Rockstar to focus attention on these two releases and leave the redesigned GTA trilogy for 2022.
Sometime in 2022.
