Unreal Engine 5: Artist Creates Amazing Superman Airplane Demo

Last Tuesday (the fifth), a Epic Games Release Unreal Engine 5 During the broadcast of a State of Unreal event, a free package is provided with assets used in Marix Awakens So that developers can better understand how the technology demo works.

And taking advantage of the news to turn his heroic dreams into reality, gaming tech artist Fulood posted on his Twitter account a small demo created by a character flying in Superman’s greatest style. Check it out below:

“If I can find an interesting gameplay loop that connects to the flight mechanics, I will consider putting them together. [um produto mínimo viável ou] Demo and release to the public. The artist commented in an interview with Kotaku, but it is clear that without the connection to the Superman IP.

The ‘Sample Town’, as the collection was called, includes buildings, vehicles, crowds, new AI systems, and the unique lighting and rendering of the Unreal Engine 5. And while the artist’s white mannequin lacks any of Clarke’s signature traits, Kent still has the same sense of flight as the Man of Steel Realism, which is a small taste of the possibilities that this new game engine can offer.
