Barcelona’s priority in replacing coach Ronald Koeman, Spaniard Xavi Hernandez no longer hides his concern about the end of the Catalan club’s negotiations with Al Sadd.

Xavi spoke to the Spanish press at Thani Bin Jassim Stadium in Doha, after managing the Qatari club in a 3-3 draw with Al Duhail on Wednesday.
– The two clubs are in a conversation, I can’t say much more than that, but I am a positive person. They need to come to an understanding. I’ve been talking to Barcelona for days, everything is ready. Both teams know my situation and I hope it will be resolved soon – said the former Barcelona and Spain midfielder.
– I really want to go home, hopefully. He added that returning to Barcelona would be great for sure.
A delegation of Barcelona leaders is visiting Doha to negotiate with Al Sadd. The envoys of the Catalan club were on the field to follow the match, which may have been the last time that Xavi coached Al-Sadd. Scoring the team’s third goal, Qatari naturalized Brazilian Rodrigo Tabata ran to the edge of the field and hugged the coach in celebration.
